Vietnam ’s Hanel One-member Limited Company will produce the first 3G lithium-ion batteries in the world with technology transferred by the Coccolo Corp. of Japan .
The Japanese House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Relations adopted an agreement on cooperating, developing and using nuclear energy for peaceful purposes between Japan and Vietnam on Dec. 2.
