Attending the conference was representatives of the ministries / sectors of Vietnam under the ACCSQ working groups. STAMEQ's Director General Tran Van Vinh  delivered opening speech.

At the conference, delegates heard a general introduction to ACCSQ, ASEAN  cooperation on standardization and conformity assessment, standards issues and conformity assessment in the agreements and  other programs of ASEAN, frame model on standards and conformity assessment in ASEAN, Vietnam's participation in ACCSQ, roles and responsibilities of STAMEQ, ministries / sectors is the PWG clue office of ACCSQ ​​as well as the achievements, challenges and recommendations ... The delegates rendered the outstanding issues which should inform STAMEQ to protect and improve the operation of ACCSQ together, proposing to the leaders of ministries / agencies for ACCSQ operations, researching Decree 132 with the role of the ministries / agencies involved in how the fields are.
