The program has been set up since 2009 with the supporting of Finland expert has successfully built the technology platform and trained human resources on technical and communication to sustain the reception and exploitation new technologies.

Besides the problems such as: low technical infrastructure, tradition TV viewing habit… The most difficulty of the project is to upgrade to new generation of video platform and Television broadcast on mobile devices. The searching and partner connection implemented by IPP and partial funding from IPP are the important foundation and timeliness for LifeTV  to develop sustainably and successful.

With their own effort and supporting from IPP, LifeTV achieved not only the targets but also implemented successfully other goals. About content, LifeTV produced many unique Online TV format such as: “Young Innovators” and “Innovation from the rural”. These are the two programs which were coordinated with IPP. Through these programs, many innovate ideas of the young people and farmers were connected to IPP and other Objectives of interest who can help them to complete their ideas and apply them in the most efficient way to the practical
