With an aim of improve capacity in S&T and Innovation statistical survey of Vietnam, and base on that to improve the development of National Innovation System (NIS) through learning experiences of Finland in apply statistical law OECD, National Agency for S&T information (NASATI) implemented project “Capacity building in S&T and innovation Statistical survey”
This project was supported by IPP in many activities such as: funding compile the OECD handbook on research, Development and Innovation, organize workshop/ training course on S&T statistical, experimental investigation. IPP also supported NASATI find consultants of Bureau of Statistics of Finland.
The Project was achieved some good results and goals such as: receipt OECD methodological of S&T and Innovation statistical. Practically: Research, survey and learn experience of Finland in conducting survey on Research, Development and Innovation. At the same time, held workshop to raise awareness on S&T and Innovation; Training courses about OECD methodological. Besides, compile and publish important handbook of S&T and Innovation (Frascati, Oslo, Canberra) in Vietnamese version.
With the participation of Finland experts, there were some workshop/ training course on knowledge and basic skills about S&T and Innovation Statistical survey for the managers and statistic officers during the project implementation held in Ha Noi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh city.
The Project conducted to experimental investigation about research and development of agricultural sector in Vietnam, apply OECD methodological with supporting from Finland experts
